Service Cancellations

For consultation and design services, cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Please review your specific contract for cancellation terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms of your service agreement. If you have concerns about a service provided, please contact us to discuss your situation.

Consultation Services

Design consultation services are provided based on the scope of work agreed upon. If you need to cancel or modify a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Installation Services

Installation services are provided according to the specifications in your design plan. Any changes or cancellations should be discussed with us before work begins. Once installation has commenced, cancellation terms will apply as specified in your agreement.

Maintenance Services

Maintenance service subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid maintenance periods will be calculated on a prorated basis.
